The Fran Kobata Garden

A beautiful Japanese Garden was established in the memory of Frances Kobata, a beloved church leader, educator, and social worker. Fran’s counsel to us was to practice “one-anothering” by caring for each other. The garden is a beautiful, peaceful place to sit and meditate, visit with others, and host special ceremonies or events. Supported by members of Megumi Kai, the garden is lovingly cared for by Roger and Grace Kobata.
